How often are you getting the emails?
It looks like you are subscribed for weekly digests. On ToadWorld go to the Toad for Oracle forum and along the right side there is a field for "Get daily/weekly digest." Change the value there to "Do not send a digest."
If you are getting an email notification for every post let me know and I'll contact the site admins and see what's up. Some forums (e.g. Toad for Oracle Beta) have an option to email subscribe to them, but I don't see it listed for the main Toad for Oracle forum.
