Dear Toad Community
I have Toad 12.10 Professional running an I try to enable the debug mode. But when I select DBMS_DEBUGER even as SYS AS SYSDBA, the menus are greyed out. Can you tell me why I am unable to use the feature? I try to verify the tutorial from 12.9 with the loopproc.prc procedure, but the button "Compile with Debug" is not available in my menubars - and I have resetted them.
Can you help me why I am unable to debug?
