Hmm, I seem to have managed to double post - apologies for that.
The eBook has been updated today, the latest version is in GitHub ready for download.
I fixed a few missing words, a section was somewhat absent, plus a few other bits and pieces have been added and the format slightly changes to reduce page spanning tables etc.
The date of creating is now formatted much better, on the copyright page, and shows the full date and time that the eBook was created, so you know if you have the latest version.
