There are many ways to backup an Oracle database. How you do that depends entirely on your recovery need (and possibly licensing, if you want to take it to the extreme). But in the context of your question, I think this was already answered on your last post.
One editorial point here: Any tool for any database can back up that database for you, and maybe even help you recover a backup. But if you feel the need to backup a database, you must have the knowledge to know the how, the why, the when, and the where. No database tool can replace the knowledge of backup and recovery through competent education.
